Phd at IKM

The IKM would like to congratulate Mr Sebastian Wolf on passing his doctoral examination on 13.02.2026. The lecture entitled "On an Extended Hamilton Principle of Electromagnetism and its Application to Topology Optimization of Optical Devices" in which Mr Wolfpresented the contents of his scientific work was the first part of the examination. He then faced the questions of the examination committee in an oral examination before the result was announced. On this occasion, the doctoral hat, elaborately designed by his colleagues, was presented to him.
